Brazil police seek to bring in ex-President Lula for questioning


SAO PAULO (Reuters) - Federal police went to the home of former President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on Friday after a warrant was issued to bring him in for
questioning in the latest round of the Operation Carwash anti-graft investigation, local media said.
Folha de S.Paulo newspaper reported that some 200 federal police agents were carrying out 44 warrants in Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo and Bahia.
